9.2 Amendments to the Code of Ethics must be approved by the Board of Directors of the Association and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 10: Additional Provisions

10.1 This Code of Ethics comes into force on the date of its approval by the management of the association.

10.2 In all matters not covered by this Code of Ethics, applicable laws and regulations and other relevant ethical standards shall apply.
